No, In Michigan it is illegal to sell a frame with a title. We can sell you a frame with a Bill of Sale only.How do I sell a motorcycle to you?

How do I buy a vehicle with a scrap title?
Due to Michigan laws, a scrap title motorcycle cannot be sold in one piece. What we have to do with scrap title motorcycles is part them out in to a rolling chassis and motor kit, which may be purchased with bills of sale. The same frame and motor (from the original motorcycle) cannot be reassembled and retitled in Michigan.What are the differences between Straight, Salvage, and Scrap Titles
Straight Title Salvage Title Scrap Title Vehicle is clear, may have been in a wreck, and can be driven on the road. Vehilce has been in a wreck, can be fixed up and re-titled to drive on the road. Vehicle has been in a wreck and cannot be re-titled and driven on the road as is.
